Szauce Slider Rolls

1 ounce fresh yeast or two packages (0.5 oz) dry yeast
2/3 cup warm water
7 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon sugar
4 cups flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons salt
4 ounces Old School Favorites chocolate Szauce, melted
1 egg, beaten (to brush on top)

Dissolve dry yeast in the water and milk.  Stir in the sugar and set aside.  Place the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a large bowl and mix.  Melt the Szauce (you can heat in the microwave with the lid off – high, 30 seconds) and stir it in along with the yeast mixture until fully incorporated.  Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work place and knead the dough for about 3 – 4 minutes.  Shape into a ball, put in a large bowl, and cover.  Set your oven to the lowest temperature for one minute, place the bowl with the dough inside, then turn off your oven.  Allow the bowl to stay in the oven for one hour.

After one hour, take the dough out of the oven.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease two muffin pans.  Shape the dough into golf ball sized balls, and place them into muffin pans (do not use muffin / cupcake liners).  Brush the top of each roll with the egg and bake for about 20 minutes.  After the rolls are cooled, cut in half and fill with desired meats and cheese.
