In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar and salt, then add the butter and blend the mixture until it resembles coarse meal. Stir in the egg yolks, mixing until it forms a dough. Cover the dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least two hours.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Let the dough soften slightly, scoop level teaspoons of the dough and roll into balls. Arrange the balls 2 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheets. Using your thumb, make an indentation in the center of each ball, being careful not to crack the dough around the edges. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are pale golden in color.Let cookies cool. Put a dollop of Szauce on each cookie. For an added kick of sweet flavor, top the cookies with chopped Nutsz.
